Mr. Todd Kotila
Headmaster
Mr. Todd Kotila came to Whitefish Christian Academy in May of 2009. Mr. Kotila was raised in Polson where he fell in love with his beautiful and brilliant wife Deanna in the sixth grade. They have two lovely teenage daughters. He attended the University of Montana in Missoula, Davidson Honors College, and graduated with a BA in Classics (Classical Greek & Classical Latin), magna cum laude. From there he traveled to Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena and Seattle for graduate studies in Theology. Mr. Kotila has taught Greek, Latin, Hebrew, and numerous New Testament and theology classes. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Whitefish Ministerial Association and is a member of Rotary. Mrs. Rhonda Fisher
Office Manager
Rhonda was raised in the Flathead Valley and graduated from Columbia Falls High School. She attended MSU in Bozeman and Flathead Valley Community College. Rhonda is married to Doug and they have two children who have been educated at Whitefish Christian Academy. Rhonda's service to WCA spans nearly two decades, which means she's our "#1 go-to gal." Mrs. Nadine Ross
Business Manager
Nadine and her husband Chad moved to Whitefish in 1998 from Tucson, Arizona. They currently own and operate two local Dairy Queen Restaurants. Nadine has a BA in Public Administration and a MA in Counseling from the University of Arizona. They have three children, all whom have attended Whitefish Christian Academy. Nadine has served as a local youth pastor and continues to be passionate about reaching students for Christ through relationships. Nadine is an avid reader who also enjoys cooking, coffee, traveling, Whitefish Bulldog Football and dirt biking with her family. To contact Nadine, click here.
Mrs. Darlene Meehan

Darlene
was born and raised in Whitefish. She attended Whitefish Christian
Academy as a young, gregarious girl. When she became an older gregarious girl, she married Scott and
they now have four boys: Bryce, Dyllon, Caleb and Hayden. Hayden, the youngest, still attends WCA and the other three boys attend school in
Whitefish. She is the welcoming face and voice you will often encounter first thing in the morning in our office. She

Mr. Joe Coco
Board Member, Chairman
Joe Coco has been on the Whitefish Christian Academy board since 2006 and currently serves as chairman. A former Marine Officer and veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Joe moved his family to the Flathead valley upon leaving active service in 1993. Joe, a certified financial planner, owns and operates Coco Enterprises, a full services investment and advisory firm located in Whitefish. Joe has a keen interest in classical education and academic excellence. In 2007-2008, and again in 2010-2011, he taught 7th and 8th grade Logic. Married since 1985, Joe and his wife Linda have two children in college. In his free time, Joe enjoys arguing philosophy, physical fitness, and year-around backpacking.
Mrs. Jennifer Burrough
Board Member, Vice Chairman
Jennifer graduated from Washington and Lee University with majors in both Journalism and Spanish. In 2000, she and her husband, Steven, moved to Whitefish from Atlanta, Georgia, where Jennifer had a career in marketing and writing. Since moving to the valley, she and Steven have three children, all of whom are students at Whitefish Christian Academy. She is passionate about classical Christian education and spends much of her time volunteering on campus. Other interests include reading, knitting, hiking, backpacking, and skiing. She and Steven hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine in 1999.
Mr. Charlie Pearce
Board Member, Treasurer
Charlie has been on the WCA Board since 2000. Charlie and his family have been in the Flathead since 2000. Charlie and his wife, Karen, are blessed to have a daughter Sara who is in WCA class of 2018! Charlie is the Chief Financial Information Officer for Northwest Healthcare in Kalispell.
Mrs. Diana Frampton
Board Member, Secretary
Diana has been actively involved with the school since 2007 when her oldest child started first grade. Diana has a BA in Business Management (1990) and a law degree (1995) from the University of Montana. After law school, Diana clerked for a federal judge and served as a prosecutor for the Department of Justice in Washington, DC, before returning to Montana to marry her husband, Sean. Diana practiced law in Montana until she retired to focus on her new career of raising a family. Diana has served on the boards of the local Montessori school and the North Valley Music School. She is also very active in the Alpine Kids Theatre Project. Diana and Sean have three children (Maria, Ryan, and Luke) at the school. Diana is passionate about her children’s education and is never far from campus.
Mr. David Mercer
Board Member

David Mercer has been on the Whitefish Christian Academy board since 2005. An ordained pastor and graduate of Calvary Chapel Bible College, David served as worship leader and assistant pastor of Calvary Chapel Pocatello in Idaho for 4 years prior to moving to Whitefish in 2002. David lives in Whitefish and pastors a church in the Flathead Valley, in Kalispell. He has served on the board of Potter’s Field Ranch, an international missions training facility. David and his wife Shannon have three children who attend Whitefish Christian Academy.
Mr. Brian Kelly
Board Member
Originally from Chicago, Brian served 15 years with the Chicago Fire Department as special assignment blacksmith responsible for the city’s fleet and fire equipment, including Chicago’s antique fireboats. He and his family have lived in Whitefish since 2006. Brian owns and operates the historic Izaak Walton Inn in Essex, Montana. He and his wife Mary have four children who attend Whitefish Christian Academy. Brian enjoys fishing, hiking, boating and skiing, but mostly spending time with his family, especially cheering his boys on at Glacier Avalanche hockey games.
